**Job Title : Data Miner**

**Location : Sector 62, Noida**

**Duties & Responsibilities**:
Understand business objectives and design data mining solutions that address those objectives.
Select features, build and optimize classifiers using machine learning techniques.

**Data preparation:

- **
Cleanse, transform, and merge data from multiple sources for analysis.
Conduct ad-hoc analysis and present results in a clear manner.
Communicate findings to stakeholders and work with them to incorporate results into decision making.
Stay up-to-date on latest data mining and machine learning methods.
Develop custom data mining and machine learning algorithms as needed.
Implement data mining solutions in collaboration with software engineers.
Evaluate new data sources and decide whether they can be used to improve current models.
Monitor performance of existing models and retrain as necessary.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions.
Write technical specifications for data mining solutions.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics, or related field.
3+ years professional experience with data mining, analysis, and interpretation.
Proficiency in SQL, SAS, R, Python, or similar programming language.
Experience with statistical software packages, including SPSS, STATA, or Minitab.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
