This position involves handling vendor payments, maintaining monthly financial and production cost reports, and ensuring regulatory compliance with taxation authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts using Tally ERP.
- Manage and process vendor payments, track due dates, and ensure timely disbursal.
- Prepare monthly payment and receipt reports for management review.
- Compile and present monthly cost statements for raw materials, labor, overheads, and total production cost.
- Assist in the preparation of MIS reports, budgets, and financial forecasts.
- Oversee GST returns, TDS deductions, and basic Income Tax compliance.
- Support inventory and stock valuation activities in coordination with the production team.
- Liaise with suppliers, auditors, and internal teams to resolve queries and ensure smooth financial operations.
- Maintain all records and documents related to statutory compliance and audits.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field; M.Com preferred.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of Tally ERP, Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Formulas), and basic costing principles.
- Familiarity with manufacturing cost structures, including raw material consumption and wastage.
- Sound knowledge of GST, TDS, and Income Tax provisions.
- Good communication and organizational skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
