Job description:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Youth Skill Development: Design and implement programs in partnership with NAPS & NATS Upskilling programs run by Govt of India to empower disadvantaged youth with skills and certifications to enhance their employability. This includes overseeing workshops, training programs, and outreach efforts to engage marginalized community
2. Community Engagement: Establish and strengthen relationships with disadvantaged communities, industry stakeholders, and educational institutions. This includes coordinating mentorship initiatives and youth engagement activities.
3. Program Execution: Plan and execute CSR programs such as youth skill workshops, certification programs, and community outreach activities, ensuring timely delivery a effective results. Partnership Building: Identify, build, and maintain strategic partnerships with similar Foundations/NGOs, educational institutions, and industry organizations to enhance program reach and impact.
4. Monitoring and Reporting: Evaluate the effectiveness of CSR programs, gather feedback, and prepare progress reports for internal stakeholders, ensuring continuous improvement of initiatives.
5. Sustainable Funding: Source and secure funding to sustain and expand CSR initiatives. Develop proposals for new funding opportunities and maintain transparency in the management of funds.
6. Event Participation: Represent the organization at CSR events, promoting youth empowerment and skill-building initiatives, and advocating for increased community involvement.
7. Compliance and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of CSR activities, program outcomes, and partnerships to ensure compliance with CSR laws and organizational objectives
Desirable Skills:
1. Strong Project Management: Ability to manage multiple CSR projects simultaneously, ensuring timely execution, coordination with stakeholders, and successful completion of key objectives.
2. Excellent Communication Skills: Proficient in both written and verbal communication to effectively engage with external partners, communities, and internal teams. Comfortab presenting project updates and outcomes.
3. Stakeholder Engagement: Experience working with a variety of stakeholders, including community groups, NGOs, corporate partners, and government bodies to drive social impact initiatives.
4. Fundraising and Proposal Writing: Ability to draft compelling proposals for securing funding, sponsorships, or grants to support CSR initiatives.
5.Problem-Solving Skills: A proactive approach to addressing challenges that arise during project execution, including logístical, financial, or community-related issue
6. Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills to manage reporting, documentation, and compliance, ensuring transparency and accountability in all CSR activities. Tech Savvy: Familiarity with tools for project management, data analysis, and communications (e.g., Excel, Google Workspace, Power BI systems) to streamline coordination and reporting efforts.
Essential Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related field
2.Experience: Maximum 1-2 years of experience in CSR, social work, or community development, with demonstrated success in managing projects and engaging communities.
3.Willingness to Travel: ONLY CANDIDATES RESIDING IN DELHI/NOIDA SHOULD APPLY. Must be willing to travel extensively (approximately 80% of the time) to mobilize fie activities at regional offices, engage with communities, and support on-ground execution of CSR programs across North and West India
4. Travel Coordination: Proven ability to manage travel logistics, including booking travel, accommodation, and transportation. Must also be capable of sharing detailed travel itineraries with stakeholders, including planned outcomes and objectives for each trip.
5. Regional Office Mobilization: Experience in mobilizing and coordinating CSR activities across multiple regional offices, ensuring alignment with the organization's overall strategy. This includes governance across organization's satellite regions in North and West India.
6.Governance Responsibility: The position is based at the company’s corporate office in Delhi, with governance and oversight responsibilities across all satellite regions in North and West India.
7.Outcome Reporting: Ability to document and report on travel outcomes, including meetings held, project progress, and impact assessments, ensuring clear communication with the central office
8.Team Player: Ability to work closely with regional and corporate teams to ensure smooth execution of CSR programs across various locations
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
