Ticketing Staff

**Responsibilities**:
- Process ticket reservations, cancellations, exchanges, refunds, and other related transactions.
- Stay updated on airline fares, rules, and regulations to provide accurate information to clients.
- Assist clients with visa requirements and travel insurance.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless booking of air tickets.
- Liaise with airline representatives to ensure prompt resolution of issues.
- Maintain accurate and updated records of all ticketing transactions.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team targets.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
**Requirements**:
- At least 1-2 years of experience in airline ticketing or travel industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of airline fares, rules, and regulations.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in using airline reservation systems such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
