⮚ **ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS**
- Should have 2-3 years of experience as an academic coordinator
- Should not be more than 45 years of age
- Possess good knowledge of MS-Office software suite and ERP in education
- Should possess excellent communication, collaboration, creativity, critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Possess the ability to think differently, independently with a passion for academic excellence
- Must be adept with innovative teaching methodologies used in Schools
- Possess the ability to mentor teachers and teach students with love, affection and enthusiasm
- Must encourage knowledge management and innovation among the peer group and transfer learning to the team.
- Possess the flexibility with time to work extra hours, as and when required.
- Possess the ability to work in a team as team player with high people orientation is must.
