**Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and technically inclined individual to join our team as a System Administrator Trainee. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in managing and maintaining our IT infrastructure. You will work closely with experienced system administrators to learn essential skills and contribute to the overall efficiency and security of our systems.

**Responsibilities**:

- Gain a solid understanding of system administration concepts, including server administration, network configuration, and security best practices.
- Provide basic technical support to end-users, troubleshoot common IT issues, and assist in resolving hardware and software problems.
- Monitor system performance, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Assist in creating and maintaining accurate documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
- Learn about backup procedures and participate in routine backup and recovery tasks.
- Understand basic security principles and contribute to maintaining system security by following best practices.
- Assist in small-scale IT projects, such as software installations, hardware upgrades, and network configurations.
- **Qualifications**:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Strong understanding of operating systems (Windows, Linux)
- Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Familiarity with common system administration tools
- Problem-solving and analytical skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail
A passion for technology and a desire to learn
