They work with merchandising managers and other departments to handle the logístical and aesthetic aspects of merchandising: Inventory: Monitor inventory levels based on sales and intake, and remove damaged or dated products Stocking: Ensure stores, shelves, or websites have the right types and quantities of products Display: Arrange, price, and rotate products in stores Meetings: Attend merchandising and trading meetings to review sales and identify best and worst sellers Market analysis: Provide market analysis and ideas based on recent trends Communication: Work with buyers, suppliers, stores, and distributors Paperwork: Do paperwork, prepare sales reports, and handle customer returns Invoices and shipments: Provide stores and suppliers with invoices and accurate shipment tracking Promotions: Make recommendations for promotional strategi
