**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Product Listings**: Upload, update, and optimize jewellery listings with accurate descriptions, pricing, and images across all platforms.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor stock levels and coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate real-time availability.
- **Order Management**: Handle order processing, returns, exchanges, and coordinate with logistics for timely deliveries.
- **Platform Performance**: Analyze sales trends, monitor platform performance, and generate reports with actionable insights.
- **Promotions**: Plan and manage campaigns, discounts, and sponsored ads to boost sales.
- **Customer Feedback**: Monitor reviews, ratings, and resolve issues to maintain a positive brand reputation.

**Requirements**:

- Experience managing listings on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, Meesho, and Etsy.
- Knowledge of listing optimization for e-commerce platforms.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Good communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

**Preferred**:

- Prior experience in the jewellery industry.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
