**Key Responsibilities:Video Editing & Content Creation**
- Capture, edit, and produce high-quality videos for promotional campaigns, events, and academic content.
- Create visually appealing video content for social media platforms, including reels, short clips, and interviews.
- Edit videos using software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- Add effects, transitions, graphics, and music to enhance video quality.
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to create educational and promotional content.

**Social Media Management**
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase engagement and reach.
- Manage and monitor social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Create, schedule, and post content, including videos, images, and stories.
- Engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries.
- Track performance metrics and prepare reports on social media growth and engagement.

**Brand & Marketing Support**
- Design promotional materials, posters, and banners using Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
- Assist in school events by capturing live footage and creating promotional content.
- Stay updated with social media trends and recommend new strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in video editing and social media management.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Basic graphic design skills (Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator preferred).
- Strong creativity, attention to detail, and storytelling skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Media Studies, Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in the education sector is a plus.
- Knowledge of SEO and social media advertising is an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
