As a key member of the creative and marketing team, you will be responsible for **conceptualizing, designing, and delivering engaging visual assets** across multiple digital and print platforms, ensuring all content aligns with brand guidelines and enhances the overall brand identity.

- Ensure all designs are consistent with brand identity, messaging, and marketing objectives.
- Develop visuals that support both **short-term campaigns** and **long-term content strategies** targeting diverse audiences.

**Brand Communication & Storytelling**
- Create designs that effectively communicate complex ideas and brand stories through impactful **visuals, infographics, illustrations, videos, and animations**.
- Present creative ideas, concepts, and design solutions to stakeholders and incorporate feedback into final deliverables.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and content teams to bring brand narratives to life.

**Execution & Delivery**
- Design high-quality assets with meticulous attention to detail and visual accuracy.
- Maintain organized design files and asset libraries for easy retrieval and future use.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure all deliverables are completed **on time and to the highest quality standards**.

**Technical Expertise & Innovation:

- Work proficiently with design tools including **Adobe Creative Suite** — Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, techniques, and best practices to continuously improve creative output.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and adopt new design practices as the business evolves.

**Qualifications & Experience:

- **3-10 years of professional design experience**, ideally within the **jewellery, fashion, retail, or beauty** sectors.
- Proven portfolio demonstrating creativity, design versatility, and strong visual storytelling skills.
