**Procurement & Vendor Management**
- Identify and evaluate **potential suppliers & vendors**.
- Ensure **timely procurement of raw materials, packaging, and other essentials**.

**Purchase Order & Inventory Management**
- Generate and process **purchase orders (POs)** in coordination with internal teams.
- Track **inventory levels** and maintain optimal stock to avoid shortages.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team for **goods receipt & quality checks**.

**Documentation & Compliance**
- Ensure all purchases comply with **company policies & regulatory standards**.
- Maintain **proper records of purchase orders, supplier agreements, and invoices**.
- Handle **import/export documentation (if applicable)**.

**Coordination & Reporting**
- Work closely with the **accounts & finance team** for vendor payments.
- Liaise with **production, operations, and quality teams** to align supply needs.
- Generate **purchase reports & vendor performance analysis**.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,880.90 - ₹18,000.00 per month
