**Responsibilities**:

- **Coordination**: Assist in coordinating meetings, events, and schedules for different departments.
- **PowerPoint Development**: Create visually engaging presentations for internal meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
- **Course Upgradation**: Work closely with instructors and curriculum developers to update course materials, including slides, handouts, and assessments.
- **Administrative Support**: Provide general administrative assistance such as data entry, file organization, and correspondence management.
- **Course Listing**: Collaborate with the marketing team to list our courses on popular online platforms to increase visibility and enrolment.
- **Executive Support**: Act as a Personal Assistant to the CEO, managing their calendar, scheduling meetings, arranging travel, and handling correspondence.
- **Research**: Conduct research on industry trends, best practices, and innovative teaching methods to contribute to course improvements.
- **Communication**: Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure smooth project execution.

**Qualification-**
- Completed a relevant degree program (e.g., Business Administration, Communication, Education).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude towards problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
