**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design engaging content for social media, marketing campaigns, and website visuals.
- Develop mockups, layouts, and prototypes using Figma.
- Create logos, brochures, banners, and other branding materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to align designs with brand goals.
- Review and refine designs based on feedback.

**Requirements**:

- 2-3 years of professional graphic design experience.
- Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- A creative portfolio demonstrating expertise in graphic design.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
