For this, we need an **LED Lighting Expert** who can help shape and guide the future of our lighting offerings.

**Role Overview**:
We are hiring an experienced **LED Lighting Specialist** who can consult, guide, and manage LED solutions used in our chandeliers, ceiling lights, and decor installations. Your expertise will help us develop smarter, safer, and more luxurious lighting systems.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide consultation on **LED selection, drivers, dimmers, wiring**, and power management.
- Assist in planning and setting up **lighting circuits** inside chandeliers and decorative products.
- Support product design team with LED specifications that suit premium, long-lasting use.
- Troubleshoot complex LED issues (heat, flickering, color imbalance, dimming).
- Guide the workshop team during **assembly, installation, and safety checks**.
- Stay updated with **modern LED trends**, energy-saving methods, and new tech (e.g., COB, SMD, smart lighting).
- 3+ years of proven experience in **LED lighting design, installation, or consultation**.
- Strong understanding of **drivers, dimming systems (Triac, 0-10V), and voltage management**.
- Hands-on ability to build or review sample lighting units.
- Ability to train or guide junior technicians or helpers if needed.
- Clear communication and solution-driven thinking.

**Preferred (Not Mandatory)**:

- Knowledge of **LED automation/smart control** (e.g., Tuya, Zigbee, WiFi-based systems).
- Prior work with **interior designers or high-end lighting brands**.
