Job Overview: As a Sales Executive for a tourism agency, you will be responsible for generating revenue by promoting and selling various tour packages and travel services to potential clients. Your main objective is to attract new customers and retain existing ones, by providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for them.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company's product offerings and services
- Generate sales leads and convert them into sales through effective communication, negotiation, and persuasion techniques
- Create and present persuasive sales proposals and presentations to clients
- Keep track of sales targets and work towards achieving them
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients on travel itineraries, prices, and availability
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain client relationships and encourage repeat business
- Work closely with other teams within the company to ensure seamless and efficient customer service delivery
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the tourism industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales software
- Willingness to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally, if required
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
**Salary**: ₹9,510.79 - ₹18,000.00 per month
