From facilities delivering life-saving therapies and ensuring clean water to enabling the connection of people through all modes of transportation and providing access to technology - we're integrating a multitude of these solution elements to build the smart environments of tomorrow._ - Start your Jacobs career with a company that inspires and empowers you to deliver your best work so you can evolve, grow and succeed - today and into tomorrow._ **Your Impact**: - Work with and interview colleagues within Jacobs to obtain an in-depth understanding of bids/projects and value propositions and the associated documentation requirements - Produce high-quality, easy-to-understand documentation, including bid responses, project descriptions, capability statements, boilerplate content and other go-to-market documents, appropriate for its intended audience - Focus on reuse and single-sourcing to research, gather, analyse and edit content related to services offerings and marketing collateral to develop new content for proposals, ensuring it conforms to opportunity win themes - Follow established templates, processes and best practices for the design and creation of writing which complies with tender requirements and our corporate standards for readability, consistency, tone, and branding - Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and maintaining personal networks - Communicate and influence at a senior level. ASIAIDA **Here’s What You’ll Need**: - Proven working experience in writing (e.g. journalism, proposal writing, web-based content, corporate literature, etc.) - Ability to deliver high quality documentation paying attention to detail - Ability to grasp complex technical/engineering concepts and make them easily understandable in simple, concise language and in pictures - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (including writing, editing and proof reading) - Experienced at working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment - Strong attention to detail and an ability to establish and meet deadlines - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Experience of coordinating and updating a knowledge base system is beneficial - Be a proactive, self-motivator and resilient - Be willing to occasionally work outside of core hours
