Key Responsibilities:
1. **Teaching and Instruction**:

- Developing lesson plans, teaching materials, and resources aligned with the curriculum.
2. **Classroom Management**:
- Maintaining discipline in the classroom while encouraging active student participation.
- Ensuring a safe and supportive learning environment.
3. **Student Evaluation and Assessment**:
- Designing and conducting regular quizzes, assignments, projects, and exams to assess student progress.
- Providing constructive feedback and offering extra help to students who need it.
4. **Practical Sessions**:
- Organizing and supervising physics lab sessions to demonstrate experiments and theories.
- Ensuring proper safety measures are followed during practical work.
5. **Curriculum Development**:
- Adapting teaching methods to suit the learning needs and abilities of different students.
- Staying updated with the latest developments in the field of physics and integrating modern technology or techniques into lessons.
6. **Mentoring and Counselling**:
- Guiding students in their academic and career aspirations, providing advice and counseling when necessary.

Qualifications:
- **Education**: Master's degree in Physics (M.Sc. Physics) or an equivalent qualification from a recognized university.
- **Teaching Experience**: Typically 2-3 years of teaching experience in the same or similar capacity.
- **Certification**: B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) is usually required for teaching at the senior secondary level.
- **Skills**:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in using educational technology and lab equipment.

Work Environment:
