**MAJOR RESPONSIBILITY**:
**Legal**
- Draft and vet all kinds of legal agreements for trade partners, third party manufacturers, transporters and suppliers.
- Attend court cases related to the dispute/legal matters coordinating with legal advisor.
- Ensure all documents / reports are provided as per legal requirement.
- Assist in closure of hearing of cases in favor of organization through collection of facts, documentation and drafting of reply to the queries.

**Liaison**
- Liaison at all levels in government and concerned departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Coordination and compliance with all departments
- FSSAI, CSEB, CPEB, Health and Safety department, Boiler Department, CG Ground Water Authority, Labour Department, Weights & Measures, IP, National Statistical Department, CSIDC,DIC, Collectorate, Police department and any other government authorities.

**Education, Experience, Licensure, Certification required for the position**:

- Graduation/Post Graduation in LLB/LLM (preferred) or any other degree therefore.
- 3-5 years’ experience in field of legal and Liaison work.

**KSA**:

- Strong legal knowledge to draft and vet various agreements with trade partners, third-party manufacturers, transporters, and suppliers.
- Keen understanding of legal procedures to coordinate and attend court cases related to disputes and legal matters.
- Proficient in ensuring all documents and reports meet legal requirements and compliance standards.
- Strong documentation and fact-gathering skills to assist in the closure of legal cases in favor of the organization.
- Excellent liaison skills to coordinate with government departments and ensure smooth operations across various regulatory bodies.
- Proficient in ensuring compliance with multiple departments, including FSSAI, CSEB, Health and Safety, and other relevant authorities.
- Strong organizational skills to track GPS status of delivery vehicles and provide daily status reports.
- Keen negotiation and procurement skills to gather quotations for new vehicle purchases.
- Proficient in managing insurance and legal compliance for all vehicles, ensuring adherence to regulations.

- Raipur

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Rotational shift
