**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage architectural projects, ensuring the integration of design principles, functionality, and aesthetic vision.
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, engineers, and contractors to deliver high-quality, sustainable design solutions within project timelines and budgets.
- Oversee the preparation of design documents, including schematic designs, detailed drawings, and construction specifications.
- Supervise and mentor junior architects and design staff, providing guidance and leadership.
- Conduct site analysis and collaborate on feasibility studies, ensuring all projects meet regulatory standards and local codes.
- Review and approve project documentation, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company standards.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- 3-6 years of relevant professional experience in architectural design and project management.
- Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other related tools.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and sustainability practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in managing multiple projects and working under deadlines.
- Ability to think creatively and solve complex design challenges.

**Preferred Skills**:

- LEED accreditation or other sustainability certifications.
- Experience with large-scale commercial or residential projects.
- Familiarity with advanced 3D modeling and visualization techniques.

Pay: ₹36,000.00 - ₹48,000.00 per month
