Job Duties and Responsibilities:

- Data analysis, Design & development of Workbooks
- Recommend best practices of development and optimize dashboards
- Installing and upgrading in a distributed enterprise environment
- Able to analyze system resource utilization, bottlenecks and plan platform capacity sizing
- Deployment of data sources/workbooks across environment and setting alerts via scripting
- Communicating with Tableau support and resolving issues
- Implementing new tools and technologies and maintaining them
- Monitoring Reporting analytics tools

Skills - Experience and Requirements:

- Engineering degree with at least 2 years of focused Tableau administration and development experience and total 4+ years of Tableau experience in an IT Department, preferably within a Data Warehouse / Business Intelligence Team and/or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Experience in data analysis and creating data sets from multiple source systems
- Knowledge and experience with Cloud technologies
- Experienced in tabcmd/tsm command-line functions, performance monitoring and troubleshooting tools/commands ( TabMon, PerfMon, LogShark, VizAlerts)
- Experience with Tableau Admin Views
- Hands on Experience on Tableau Cloud Architecture
- Experience with Tableau Cloud
- Advanced knowledge of Tableau cloud platform and its functionalities
- Experienced in structured query language
- Excellent communication, problem solving & documentation skills
- Experience working within the Telco/Cable/Satellite/Wireless industry a definite plus
