**Responsibilities**:
Patient Consultation:
Conduct thorough consultations to understand patients' concerns and goals.

Provide accurate medical assessments and recommend appropriate treatments.

Treatment Delivery:
Perform various aesthetic procedures, including but not limited to hair treatments, skincare procedures, and weight loss programs.

Follow medical protocols and ensure patient safety throughout treatments.

Customized Treatment Plans:
Develop personalized treatment plans based on patients' needs and medical history.

Explain treatment options, expected outcomes, and potential risks to patients.

Patient Education:
Educate patients on proper aftercare and maintenance for optimal treatment results.

Address patient inquiries and provide detailed explanations of procedures.

Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with our sales and support teams to ensure a seamless patient experience.

Provide medical insights to assist in developing effective treatment packages.

Continuous Learning:
Stay updated on the latest medical advancements and industry trends in aesthetics.

Attend workshops, conferences, and training to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Compliance and Documentation:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, treatment logs, and medical documentation.

Adhere to all medical and ethical standards while conducting treatments.

Patient Relationship Management:
Build strong rapport with patients, addressing their concerns and building trust.

Follow up with patients post-treatment to track progress and address any issues.

Qualifications:
MBBS degree with valid medical license (for MBBS Doctors).

Specialization in Dermatology or Cosmetology with relevant certifications (for Dermatologists and Cosmetologists).

Proven experience in performing aesthetic treatments and procedures.

Strong clinical skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills to effectively explain treatments and interact with patients.

Empathetic and patient-centered approach to deliver high-quality care.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Proficient in medical documentation and record-keeping.
