As a 3D Visualizer, you will be responsible for transforming conceptual ideas and design plans into visually compelling 3D renderings. Working closely with architects, interior designers, and other stakeholders, you will use your creative skills and technical expertise to produce realistic and aesthetically pleasing visualizations that bring design concepts to life.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Conceptualization**:Interpret and understand design concepts, sketches, and architectural plans.
Collaborate with architects and designers to develop a clear vision for the 3D visualizations.

**3D Modeling**:Create detailed 3D models of buildings, interiors, and objects using specialized software (e.g., AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Blender).
Ensure accuracy and precision in modeling to represent real-world dimensions and design specifications.

Experiment with different lighting scenarios to achieve desired visual effects.

**Rendering and Animation**:Generate high-quality, photo-realistic renderings of 3D models.
Develop animations to showcase various design elements and spatial configurations.

**Visualization Presentation**:Prepare and present visualizations to clients, project teams, and stakeholders.
Incorporate feedback and make necessary adjustments to meet project requirements.

**Stay Updated on Industry Trends**:Keep abreast of industry trends and advancements in 3D visualization techniques and software.
Implement new tools and technologies to improve the quality and efficiency of visualizations.

**Collaboration**:Work collaboratively with architects, designers, and other team members to ensure alignment with project goals.
Communicate effectively to understand project requirements and provide timely updates.

**Quality Control**:Conduct quality checks on visualizations to ensure accuracy and adherence to design specifications.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the visualization process.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a 3D Visualizer or similar role.
- Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software (e.g., AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp).
- Strong artistic and creative skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines.

**Experience : 2-3** Years in 3D Preffered (Freshers can also apply)
