Kochi, India Cascade Revenue Management Full time

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Assist the team lead OR supervisors in day-to-day functions of the team.
- Maintain the trackers
- Create and control different reports
- Give floor support to the billing team
- Work allocation to the team
- Conduct doubt-clearing sessions or team huddle up on requirements

**Skill Requirements**:

- Must have at least 3+ years of proven work experience in US healthcare RCM
- Sound knowledge of the RCM Billing cycle
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills especially with team members and
- supervisors.
- Hands-on experience in Billing, Payment Posting, and AR Analysis
- Hands-on experience in preparing reports.
- Strong skills with MS Office suite including PowerPoint, Visio, Excel, Word
- Good problem-solving skillsWillingness to work in rotational shifts upon the requirement

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
