Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
2. Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls
3. Receiving and sorting daily mail
4. Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
5. Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
6. Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures).
8. Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
9. Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
10. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Electronic City, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
