- Coordination & Handling key existing accounts_
- To organize, direct and control sales backend activities for the verticals assigned_
- To achieve medium and short term commercial results as expressed in volumes and value of business._
- Coordination with Team & Order execution_
- **Key Tasks and Responsibilities**_
- 1. Within the Sales & Marketing strategy plan, organize, direct, coordinate and control all managerial activities related to the business (sales, sales support, organization, marketing, logistics, product demonstrations/ trainings) in order to achieve the short and long term commercial objectives while complying with laws, rules and regulations:_
- 2. Actively participate in developing and maintaining new and existing customer relationships_
- 3. Assure continuous up-to-date knowledge in own field and act as advisor (make interpretations, support other management functions)_
- 4. Ensure that own proposals for market and product development are acted upon in due time_
- 5. Produce timely and accurate reports of the segment as appropriate_
- The position is based in NSP, New Delhi and would require travel as and when required_

- 10. Strong organizational and time management skills_
- 11. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field_
- **Experience Requirement**_
- **Full university degree (BE degree an added advantage), fluent in English & Hindi**_
- **At least 1 years of marketing and sales experience.**_
- **Is a self-starter and able to work independently with mínimal supervision**_
- **Cohesive team-player, proactive thinker and initiative taker**_
- **Prior experience in a similar role is preferred**_
- **An entrepreneurial manager with**:_
- **Excellent communication and negotiation skills**_
- **A strategic vision: proactively seeks and explores opportunities to innovate**_
