Key Responsibilities:

- **Client Outreach**: Call potential clients to introduce our digital services, explain the benefits, and schedule meetings.
- **Sales Conversion**: Drive sales by persuading clients to meet and explore our services, with a focus on achieving monthly targets.
- **Follow-ups**: Regularly follow up with clients, handle objections, and guide them through the sales process to ensure conversions.
- **CRM Management**: Keep accurate records of calls and meetings in CRM systems, updating client details and progress.
- **Lead Qualification**: Identify and prioritize high-potential leads and opportunities for sales, ensuring quality over quantity.
- **Customer Support**: Address client inquiries, provide product/service details, and offer tailored solutions based on their needs.
- **Reporting**: Provide regular updates on sales performance, feedback, and market trends to management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- **Languages**: Fluency in Hindi, Gujarati, and English is essential for communicating with a wide range of clients.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal communication, active listening, and persuasive abilities to convince clients.
- **Target-Driven**: Ability to work towards meeting and exceeding sales targets with a results-oriented approach.
- **Multitasking**: Capable of handling multiple calls and maintaining organized records of interactions.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to adapt to changing client needs and market conditions.
