Urgent requirement for Farm Supervisor

Role:
Technical work:
1. To maintain standards of emasculation, pollination, bagging, and harvesting to produce quality seed
nuts.
2. To achieve a budgeted quantity of seed nuts for the year by assigning, monitoring, training,
controlling the daily activities of the farm.
Maintenance work:
1. To ensure availability of standard water requirements based on the soil condition of the block on
daily basis through deep pipe irrigation method.
required quantities 30 days in advance.
3. To prevent and control disease, insect and pest attacks in the block and take required
precautionary measures especially before the monsoon.
4. Proper maintenance of tree crown, basin and surrounding ground cleaning to ensure healthy
mother palms and good aesthetics of the block.
Administration and security:
1. To repair and maintain the farm tools, equipment’s and machineries.
2. To be responsible for the wastage, spoilage, pilferage of all the farm property thereby facilitates
internal and external security to the farm.
3. To ensure tree population of the block tallies with the computer record on monthly basis.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
