ROLES and RESPONSIBILITIES
- **Managing unorganized data from various sources, including Google Forms, manual entries, and SharePoint Excel.**:

- Collect, clean, and organize unstructured data from various sources, including Google Forms, manual entries, and SharePoint Excel, where data may lack consistency and structure.
- Develop and implement data collection strategies, including automating data retrieval from disparate sources, to ensure the efficient and timely acquisition of data. Implement data cleaning processes to handle issues such as missing data, duplicates, outliers, and inconsistencies within the data.
- Utilize data transformation techniques and tools to convert raw, unstructured data into a structured format suitable for analysis.
- Collaborate with teams to establish data quality standards and perform data validation to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Develop and maintain data processing workflows to streamline the data cleaning and transformation process for unorganized data.
- Create and maintain documentation of data collection and cleaning processes and best practices tailored to managing unorganized data effectively.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data collection and data cleaning, especially focusing on techniques to handle unstructured and disorganized data.
