**Lead AI-driven test automation initiatives** to improve efficiency and accuracy in E2E testing.**Design and implement scalable test automation frameworks** using AI-based tools and methodologies.**Collaborate with development, QA, and DevOps teams** to integrate AI-powered testing into CI/CD pipelines.**Optimize test coverage and defect detection** using AI-driven analytics and predictive testing models.**Evaluate and implement AI-based testing tools** for functional, performance, and security testing.**Develop automated test scripts** for UI, API, and backend validation using AI-enhanced techniques.**Mentor and guide the testing team** on AI-driven automation best practices.**Ensure compliance with industry standards** and best practices in AI-powered testing.

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications & Skills**:
**Education**: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.**Experience**: 8+ years in test automation, software testing, or AI-driven testing solutions.**Technical Expertise**:
- Strong knowledge of **AI-based testing tools** (e.g., Test.ai, Applitools, Mabl).- Expertise in **automation frameworks** (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium).- Experience with **CI/CD pipelines** (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).- Proficiency in **programming languages** (Python, Java, JavaScript).- Knowledge of **machine learning models** for predictive testing.**Leadership & Communication**: Ability to **lead teams, engage stakeholders, and drive AI adoption** in testing.**Problem-Solving**: Strong analytical skills to **identify testing gaps and optimize automation strategies**.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience with **AI-powered defect prediction and self-healing test automation**.- Familiarity with **cloud-based testing environments** (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).- Strong background in **performance testing and security automation**.
