**Interior Site Supervisor**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Project Planning and Management**:

- Develop detailed project schedules and timelines.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, and subcontractors.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential issues.
- Ensure adherence to project budgets and timelines.
- **Site Supervision**:

- Oversee daily site operations, including labor, materials, and equipment.
- Inspect work quality and ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
- Resolve site issues and conflicts promptly.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify potential problems.
- **Quality Control**:

- Enforce quality standards and ensure adherence to specifications.
- Conduct quality checks on materials and workmanship.
- Implement corrective actions to address quality issues.
- **Team Management**:

- Lead and motivate site teams, including carpenters, painters, and other tradesmen.
- Assign tasks and delegate responsibilities effectively.
- Maintain positive relationships with clients and contractors.
- **Health and Safety**:

- Prioritize safety on the site and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and toolbox talks.
- Implement safety measures to prevent accidents and injuries.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an Interior Site Supervisor or similar role.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and industry standards.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Proficient in MS Office and project management software.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
