Gpr - Chemist

1. Prepare all production reports. 2. Entering data in production department's SAP

3. Filling necessary information in PMS sheet(GPR Department Related). 4. Preparing all the documents of the GPR department with GDP. 5. New colour development, man power planing in GPR department

6. Plan colour change in machine as per requirement. 7 To train all New chemist, helper in GPR department. 8 To daily verify receive cutting. 9 Maintain colour,chemical,cutting & gelatin stock in GPR Department. 10 Daily material received as per requirement. 11 To daily verification and calibration of weight balance of GPR area and fill record. 12 Verify all document GFT BMR, Fresh Gel BMR, Gel Preparation Logbook. 13 To daily verify temperature & RH of GPR area and fill this details in formats. 14 Work in rotating shifts as required

15 Prepare Gel Feed tank in shift as per machine requirement. 16 Daily Check all equipment in GPR Department.

This position is for Empty hard gelatin capsule plant.
