- **Key Responsibilities**_

Performance:
Performing a wide range of musical pieces live on stage for concerts, shows, and events, as well as in recording sessions.

Collaboration:
Working closely with other musicians, bands, songwriters, producers, and composers to create and develop new music.

Arrangement & Composition:
Writing, arranging, and adapting musical parts for different instruments and genres.

Technical Skills:
Reading and understanding musical notation, and operating electronic keyboards, synthesizers, and related equipment.

Musical Versatility:
Demonstrating expertise across multiple musical styles, from classical and jazz to contemporary and electronic music, and potentially adapting to different instrument sounds like Rhodes or clav.

Rehearsal:
Attending daily rehearsals and practicing musical pieces to perfect performances.

Instrument Maintenance:
Keeping keyboard instruments in good playing condition.

Essential Skills & Qualities

Musical Proficiency: Excellent knowledge of keyboard techniques, rhythm, pitch, and melody.

Reading Music: The ability to decipher and write musical notation.

Musical Theory: A deep understanding of music theory, composition, and harmony.

Adaptability: The capacity to switch between different instruments or instrument sounds and to adapt to various musical styles and client requests.

Teamwork: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with other musicians and professionals.

Stage Presence: Confidence and ability to perform in front of an audience, including engaging with them.

Discipline: Self-discipline and time management skills for daily practice and preparation.
