We are seeking a **FEMALE** creative and confident **Social Media Fashion Model** to represent our brand and engage with our audience across various social media platforms. As a Social Media Fashion Model, you will create compelling, fashionable content that showcases our products in an authentic and engaging way. You will collaborate with our marketing team to promote our clothing, accessories, and lifestyle products through photos, videos, and influencer-style posts on platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and more.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**:

- Model and showcase our fashion products through high-quality photos and videos for social media platforms.
- Post regularly on Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms to maintain engagement with our audience.
- Create visually appealing and on-brand content, including outfit posts, behind-the-scenes videos, product unboxing, and style tips.
- **Brand Representation**:

- Represent the brand’s image, voice, and aesthetics consistently across all posts and interactions.
- Wear and promote products in creative, engaging, and relatable ways to encourage audience connection.
- Develop and maintain a distinctive and appealing personal style that resonates with the target demographic.
- **Engagement & Interaction**:

- Interact with followers by responding to comments, direct messages, and engaging in conversations to increase brand awareness.
- Participate in challenges, trends, or collaborations to grow social media presence and increase engagement.
- **Collaboration with the Marketing Team**:

- Work closely with our marketing and creative teams to align content with ongoing campaigns, seasonal promotions, and product launches.
- Provide feedback and insights on what content resonates best with followers, contributing to marketing strategies.
- **Campaigns & Sponsored Content**:

- Create and share sponsored content in accordance with brand guidelines and campaign requirements.
- Collaborate with other influencers, brands, or creators to expand the brand's reach and visibility.
- **Tracking and Reporting**:

- Track engagement and performance metrics on social media platforms to measure the success of your content and campaigns.
- Regularly report content performance, audience feedback, and potential improvements to the marketing team.
- **Product Styling & Presentation**:

- Style and photograph outfits in a way that highlights product features and creates appealing visual stories.
- Ensure products are presented accurately and attractively to the target audience.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Social Media Savvy**: Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms. Experience with creating posts, stories, reels is a must.
- **Fashion Sense**: A keen eye for fashion trends and styling with the ability to showcase products in a creative and visually appealing manner.
- **Engagement & Communication**: Excellent communication skills, both in writing and speaking, to engage with followers and represent the brand’s voice authentically.
- **Camera-Ready**: Comfortable in front of the camera and able to create high-quality, professional content using either a smartphone or DSLR camera.
- **Creativity & Trend Awareness**: Ability to create fresh, engaging content that resonates with fashion-conscious audiences and follows trends while maintaining a unique personal touch.
- **Collaborative & Professional**: Comfortable working with a team, including photographers, videographers, and marketing professionals.
- **Experience**: Previous experience as a social media influencer, content creator, or fashion model is preferred but not required.
- **Brand Alignment**: Ability to align with the brand’s values, aesthetic, and target audience.

**Education & Experience**:

- No formal education required, but prior experience in modelling, influencer marketing, or fashion is a plus.
- A strong personal social media presence with a proven track record of engaging content will be highly valued.

**Working Conditions**:

- **Location**: Work can be done remotely from home or at photoshoots (depending on the campaign).
- **Schedule**: Flexible hours, with a need to produce content regularly (daily or weekly).
- **Collaborations**: Potential for collaborations with other influencers and brands as part of the marketing strategy.
- **Compensation**: Payment is typically per post or contract-based, with the possibility of bonuses or commissions based on sales generated from affiliate links or referral codes.
