Key Responsibilities and Skills:

- Onboard Partners (Introducing Brokers, Affiliates, Multi Account Manager and Percentage Allocation

Money Managers) into our relevant back-end systems
- Perform Partner related administrative duties including but not limited to withdrawls, queries, client

connections in partner portals, processing LPOA’s, questionnaires and partner contracts
- Deliver excellent customer service to internal and external customers
- Drafting and sending partner agreements within the regulation requirements
- Calculations of performance fees, management fees and commissions earned for Partners
- Run close trade statements and equity reports to support partner queries
- Ensure that KYC documentation requirements are met and perform anti-money laundering checks for

individuals, corporations and asset managers
- Ensuring trading groups are set with the correct spreads and commissions in line with partner’s

rebates
- Be agile in your thinking and effectively manage your time to meet business needs
- Adapt to an ever-changing industry with technical upgrades and new processes
- Adhere to KPI’s set by the manager
- Follow task priority list
- Ad hoc tasks provided by manager or Team leader

KPIs:
conference calls
- Complete Partner Tasks within the stipulated deadlines and update statuses accordingly via CRM

ticket system
- Onboard partners within the shortest time possible and connect to various systems accordingly and

accurately

Essential Skills:

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- Computer savvy, knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and Google Apps
- Quick learner with good initiative
- An aptitude to pick systems up quickly (training will be provided)
- Excellent customer service skills with strong telephone presence and written communication
- Ability to manage a high volume of workload and multitask
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build effective relationships
- Strong ability to work independently and within a team environment

Pay: Up to ₹28,000.00 per month
