**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation & Planning**:

- Develop creative and engaging content (text, images, videos, graphics) for Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
- Plan and schedule posts according to the content calendar and campaigns.
- Research and create content around trending topics, relevant hashtags, and user interests to keep the audience engaged.
- Ensure content aligns with brand voice, style, and messaging.
- **Community Engagement**:

- Respond promptly and professionally to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media channels.
- Foster positive relationships with followers, clients, and potential customers.
- Monitor social media interactions and escalate issues as needed to the relevant team.
- **Analytics & Reporting**:

- Track social media performance through analytics tools and provide regular reports on engagement, growth, and campaign effectiveness.
- Adjust strategies based on data insights to optimize content reach and engagement.
- **Collaborative Efforts**:

- Work closely with the marketing and design teams to ensure the brand’s messaging and creative assets are consistent across all platforms.
- Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to expand social media reach.
- **Social Media Strategy**:

- Assist in the development and execution of social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
- Stay up to date with social media trends, platform changes, and best practices.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience managing Instagram and other social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate new ideas and adapt to different brand voices.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to engage professionally with clients and followers.

**Education & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- **1-2 years of experience in social media management** or content creation.
