If so then we are seeking:
**1.**
**Trustees for the Multi-Academy Trust Board** This is an opportunity to contribute to communities across York, Scarborough and Hull by becoming a Trustee at the 15-school Hope Sentamu Learning Trust. Board meetings are held either at the Trust Head office in York or via Zoom. The Trust has close links to the Church of England's Diocese of York but applicants of all faiths and of none are welcomed.
- a non-executive director/trustee with board level skills, and preferably committee chairing experience, in finance/accountancy and/or audit,
- a non-executive director/trustee with board level skills in educational improvement and performance, and/or pupil wellbeing,

**2. **Local Governors for Local Governing Committees at several schools, in particular**:
