Job Title: Customer Service Agent

Location: Gurgaon, Haryana

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Issue Resolution**: Investigate and resolve customer issues, including order discrepancies, damaged items, and returns. Work closely with other departments to ensure timely and satisfactory resolution.
- **Product Knowledge**: Develop a deep understanding of our product catalog to provide accurate and detailed information to customers. Stay informed about new product releases and promotions.
- **Order Processing**: Assist customers with order placement, modifications, and cancellations. Ensure accurate and efficient order processing.
- **Customer Communication**: Keep customers informed about the status of their orders, including tracking information and delivery updates. Communicate proactively to manage customer expectations.
- **Quality Assurance**: Monitor customer interactions to identify areas for improvement. Provide feedback to management for process enhancements and customer service excellence.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions. Use customer insights to contribute to the improvement of our products and services.

**Requirements**:

- **Tech Savvy**: Comfortable using customer service software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools.
- **Previous Customer Service Experience**: Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
