Laundry, Laundry Technician

**As a Laundry Technician at Della Adventure and Resorts, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene for our guests' satisfaction. You will be responsible for operating laundry equipment, handling laundry items, and ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of our laundry facilities.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Operate and maintain laundry equipment such as washers, dryers, and ironing machines.
2. Sort, wash, dry, fold, and iron laundry items according to established procedures and standards.
3. Inspect laundry for stains, damages, or defects and ensure proper treatment or disposal as necessary.
4. Handle and store laundry chemicals and detergents safely and in accordance with manufacturer instructions.
5.Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the laundry area, including regular cleaning of machines, floors, and surfaces.
6. Keep track of inventory levels for laundry supplies and place orders for replenishment when needed.
7. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
8. Collaborate with other team members and departments to meet guest expectations and resolve any laundry-related issues promptly.
9. Uphold Della Adventure and Resorts' standards of quality, cleanliness, and professionalism at all times.
10. Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the supervisor or management.

Proven experience as a laundry technician or in a similar role, preferably in a hospitality setting.
Knowledge of laundry equipment operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with different types of fabrics, têxtiles, and laundry chemicals.
Ability to follow instructions, procedures, and safety guidelines accurately and efficiently.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with colleagues and interact with guests professionally.
Physical stamina and dexterity to lift, move, and handle heavy laundry items and equipment.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as per business needs.
High school diploma or equivalent qualification; vocational training or certification in laundry operations is a plus.
