**Responsibilities**:

- Implement, configure, and customize Certinia PSA (FinancialForce PSA) to meet business requirements.
- Develop and optimize workflows to automate PSA processes and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful delivery.
- Provide end-user training, documentation, and ongoing support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional or technical issues in the PSA platform.

Technical Skills Required:

- Hands-on experience with Certinia PSA / FinancialForce PSA modules.
- Strong understanding of project management, resource management, and billing workflows in PSA.
- Expertise in workflow automation within the Certinia ecosystem.
- Knowledge of Salesforce platform basics, including configuration and customization.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
