**Psychology Internship: Growth & Engagement Role (Full-Time)**

**Location**: Remote / Delhi NCR preferred
**Duration**: 3-6 months | Stipend-based | PPO Available

This is **not** a conventional internship. It is a **transformative journey** for someone who wishes to:

- **Deep-dive into organizational workings** (first 4 weeks are immersive training + shadowing across departments).
- Be the **go-to advisor, confidant, and guide** for students needing direction - emotionally and academically.
- Learn the ropes of **strategic outreach, influence, and growth engagement** (this is not a cold-calling job).
- Eventually take charge of verticals like **user engagement, retention, and community building.**

You won’t be ‘just’ an intern — you’ll be a **founding catalyst** contributing to real decisions, owning live operations, and **shaping the culture** of our mission.

**What You Will Do**
- Undergo a **rigorous 4-week training** to understand every system, tool, and philosophy we use
- Engage in **1:1 calls and communication** with leads/students (content + psychology backed approach)
- Create engaging conversations that **build trust, confidence, and long-term commitment**:

- Participate in **user behaviour analysis, insights building, and growth strategy sessions**:

- Shadow the core team in day-to-day decision-making
- Eventually lead **impact-driven outreach conversations** and help us scale

**What We’re Looking For**
- **BA/MA Psychology students/grads** (Other behavioral/social sciences welcome)
- Excellent command over communication (spoken + written)
- Genuine interest in **human behaviour, engagement, and motivation**:

- Hunger to learn, grow, and contribute to something bigger than yourself
- A long-term mindset — you're not here to clock in hours, you’re here to build legacy
- Entrepreneurial fire & someone who treats this internship like their own startup
