Location: Barasat

Minimum Experience: 4-5 years

**JOB DESCRIPTION : DISPATCH SUPERVISOR**
**Responsibilities**
- Manage and supervise the dispatch team to ensure efficient operations
- Coordinate with drivers and clients to facilitate timely and accurate deliveries
- Handle scheduling, route planning, and load assignments
- Ensure compliance with safety and delivery regulations
- Manage logistics, including tracking and tracing shipments
- Resolve issues related to delivery operations
- Monitor and report on transportation costs
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Train new dispatch team members
- Implement and review operational policies and procedures

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹24,536.18 - ₹27,549.34 per month
