**Position Purpose**

Confirmation matching for FXMM and IRD products on Electronic and Paper for Dealers and clients, closely liaising with local BO for respective APAC sites
- **Key Responsibilities**:
1. Swift Confirmation - Accord
- 1. Print and check the details of unmatched and mis-matched Swift confirmations in ACCORD.
- 2. Investigate and rectify the discrepancies items with FIO-processing teams.
- 3. Send message to counterpart for chaser and query
- **2. Confirmation Matching (ARC and Transcom)**
- 2. Check incoming confirmations against the deal details in ARC.
- 3. Update confirmation status of the deal in ARC.
- 4. Do indexation in Transcom.
- **3. Confirmation Chasing**

1. Extract datas from ARC and Transcom.
- 2. Perform verbal affirmation for the IRD deals extracted from Transcom.
- 3. Sorting information for Supervisor to send daily chaser.
- **1. AT2**

1. Input batches in AT2.
- 2. Print and provide the input summary for 2nd level checking.
- **2. Brokerage**

1. Perform checking broker invoices against our items in brokerage web.
- 2. Inform Local BO after brokerage reconciliation is completed.
- 3. Prepare brokerage vouchers and payments.
- **1. Monthly Report**

1. Prepare Monthly Reports.
- 2. Inform Supervisor for 2nd level checking.
- **1. Others**

1. Perform checking and uploading confirmation to DTCC for Dodd Frank Act Project.
- 2. Perform checking and update UTI for EMIR.
- 3. Prepare swift message in SAA.
- 4. Perform other duties as assigned.
Knowledge Banking operations knowledge required.
- Experience with Pre/Post Settlement process
- Product Knowledge - FXMM / Interest Rate Derivatives

**Ability / Skills**:

- Self-motivate
- Good time management
- Eager to learn and positive to change
- Able to work independently
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel knowledge
- Fluent in English
- Experience 1-3 years banking experience preferred.

**Shift Timing
- 4:30 AM OR 6:30 AM**
