We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic UX/UI Designer who will be working in the Citi Commercial Bank mostly within the domain of New Client Onboarding, KYC Renewal, Cash Payments Management and Lending. **Key Responsibilities**: - Perform user research, create personas, and write user workflows documents - Prepare simple and intuitive solutions for complex systems. - Design wireframes and prepare both, UX and UI, specifications. - Document and present design solutions to international stakeholders and users. - HCI design evangelist inside the company. **Knowledge/Experience**: - 5+ years of experience - Banking and securities domain knowledge would be an added advantage - An academic degree in a relevant field or proven UX design experience. **Skills Required**: - Reliable knowledge about HCI and design field. - Strong analytical skills. - Outstanding presentation and documentation skills. - Experience creating wireframes and demonstrating usage scenarios with business partners. - Able to organize and present information in a clearly defined manner. - Experience in designing for cross-platform experiences. (Mobile, Desktop, Web). - Have careful attention to details., pixel-perfect for UI design. - Able to work to deadlines. - Experience working with business partners and engineers to gather, understand, and bridge definitions and requirements. - An innate desire to deliver and a strong sense of accountability for your work. - Proven software knowledge: Axure, Sketch or Figma, Adobe, InVision **Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree (in science, computers, information technology, engineering, or design) - **Job Family Group**: Product Management and Development - **Job Family**: Digital Product Management - **Time Type**: Full time - Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
