**POSITION AVAILABLE: Tele Caller (**Outbound Calls) for the Market Research Company
**Key Role and Responsibilities Includes**:

- Make outbound calls to individuals to recruit mystery shoppers.
- Good Convincing Power and Effective Communicator
- Should be able to speak fluent English/Hindi
- Provide detailed information about the mystery shopping role, including responsibilities and benefits.
- Follow up with applicants to answer any questions and ensure they are well-informed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities in our database and also maintain appropriate records of dialogue for call status.
- Work closely with the Ops team to understand recruitment needs and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Achieve recruitment targets and contribute to the overall success of the projects.
- Provide regular reports on recruitment activities and progress to the management team.
- Should know various recruitment methods (Online, offline)
- Displays accountability and ownership
- To Generate the Leads (No Sales)

**Associated Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Required**:
Education
- HSC/Graduate with min 1/2+ years of experience in a similar role or handled the outbound calls/recruitments of various regions. Proficiency in MS Office

**Competency Skills**:

- Good communication skills. (Fluency in English/Hindi both is must)
- Getting things done with results
- To deliver the required standards
- Ability to prioritize and multitask & meet deadlines
- Strong customer service mind-set and ability to foster good client relationships

**Reports to: Key Account Manager.**

**Location: Mumbai**

**Industry: Market Research / Advertising / KPO/ BPO**

**CTC offered: Min 2 Lacs Max 2.88 Lacs.**
