Sift in Charge

Responsible for upkeep of Machining & assembly Cell Equipments, Root cause analysis, Preventive Maintenance, Implementation of improvement projects & actions on Machine Risk Assessment & TPM Reg Tag concerns.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Responsible for shift breakdown.
- Fanuc, Siemens CNC Maintenance, troubleshooting, backup, PLC programming, parameterization, drive, hardware replacement.
- Maintenance & troubleshooting of Gantry systems.
- Clear understanding of Breakdown maintenance, Preventive maintenance, Corrective maintenance, predictive maintenance, & measuring parameters like MTBF, MTTR, & OEE & implement the same.
- A3 Preparation, WHY-WHY Analysis, Countermeasure of Breakdown & Preventive action to Improve MTBF & reduce MTTR.
- Generate spare parts requirement & Maintain stock, to upkeep Machining lines.
- Adhere the PM schedules.
- Implement Safety & Kaizen improvement projects.
- Improvement in equipment & system to avoid chances of breakdown
- Documentation as per IATF 16949& EHSMS.
- Reduce downtime of machine & ensure for max. Availability of machines for production.
- Handling shifts independently & Develop team skills.
- Inhouse spares repairing
- Trend monitoring (Motor load, current, Temperature, Spare consumption)
- Continues improvement in Autonomous maintenance module along with production dept.

**Competencies**:
Knowledge of CNC & PLC programming. Maintenance & analysis of machine breakdowns. Knowledge of CNC & PLC’s. maintenance is essential.

**Formal qualification and experience required**:

- Graduated in Engineering. (Electronics, Electrical) 9 - 10 Years’ experience in Auto industry
- Fanuc, Siemens CNC Maintenance, Troubleshooting, Backup, PLC programming, Parameterization, Drive, Hardware replacement.
- Hands on experience in Maintenance & troubleshooting of Gantry system.
