**COO APAC > Regional APAC Procurement SEA & ANZ > Indirect Material Procurement APAC SEA & ANZ** APAC-SEA &ANZ Regional Procurement Organization (RPO) is responsible for organising APAC SEA &ANZ Vestas' spend with external suppliers. With a matrix organization, with global and regional roles, the RPO ensures the deployment of common strategy and processes with same overall priorities across all Vestas regions. We assist our Service business and Production Facilities deliver projects safely, on time, in budget, with the right quality by ensuring supplier selection for spend categories. You will report to the Purchasing Manager APAC-SEA &ANZ Indirect Procurement, the full team is working cross-functionally and is responsible for overseeing all Procurement activities. **Responsibilities** - Take responsibility for handling one of our strategic commodities in the region: Business Services (Facility Management / Professional Services / Transportation) - Develop fruitful relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders within the region - Develop relationships with our key suppliers and ensure they support us in achieving our strategic goals - Identify and guide Purchasing projects in the region by defining the scope of requirements, handling RFQ, Negation, RFQ, Supplier Selection & Contracting - Identify Catalogue opportunities for repeated purchases and improve implementation working with suppliers by signing rate contracts - Promote continuous improvement **Qualifications** - Academic degree in engineering or business studies (or work equivalent) - 6-7 years of overall work experience in positions requiring efficient stakeholder management and commercial skills out of which minimum of 4 years in purchasing (indirect) - Working on SAP / Ariba Platform **Competencies** - Good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills - Having a 'can do' approach and positive attitude towards the hard situations - Structured person with methodical approach and negotiation skills - Solid communication & presentation still to put together the analysis and update Senior / Stakeholder Management - Understanding about Supplier Relationship Management - Cross cultural skills (will work as part of an international team) - Team working competences within a Matrix organization **What We Offer** An opportunity to contribute in building a world class SCM operations in Wind industry.
