**FACULTY (MBA/PhD)**

To lead specific academic roles of a faculty (based in Pune Mumbai and Other Indian Offices) for Westford Education Group Institutions, UAE.

The job requires the applicant to primarily fulfill the role of a Mentor addressing student dissertations and delivering classes, as well as assessing the student performance.

**Academic Functions**:

- The applicant should be competent in guiding students in their dissertations and be aware of internal quality and academic processes.
- The applicant shall be responsible for taking classes, marking students’ assessments,, as delegated
- The applicant will be responsible for smooth conduct of all external audits being carried out by external Universities and Awarding Bodies.

**Core Responsibilities**:

- The applicant will act as a mentor to faculties, assessors and internal verifiers, for all matters pertaining to quality control and checks implementation.
- The applicant should have experience in design, delivery and smooth conduct of academic courses.
- Be able to take classes as a Faculty, and be a guide for dissertation works for students allocated to you.
- The applicant will be employed full time with Westford Education Group, you will NOT take up any other employment outside.
- The applicant will report to the Academic Director of the Group, and designated heads..

**Educational Qualifications**:
**Mandatory: MBA.**

**Preferable: PhD.**

**Experience**:
The applicant should at least have 2 years’ experience as a faculty in a recognized institute.(especially involved in guiding dissertations)

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Excellent computer knowledge of MS Office and OS.
- Excellent written and verbal communications.
- Conflict resolution, interpersonal skills and problem solving abilities.
- Excellent team member.

**Remuneration**:
**40K to 60K (Based on experience and skills)**

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

- Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
