Role Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Content writer to join our dynamic digital marketing agency. As a Content Writer, you will be responsible for developing and executing content strategies to drive brand awareness, engage our target audience, and achieve marketing goals for our clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop comprehensive content strategies aligned with clients' marketing objectives and target audience.
- Identify and convert revenue opportunities for the agency by actively seeking upselling and cross-selling opportunities with existing clients.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify content opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Collaborate with the design and development teams to create visually appealing and user-friendly content.
- Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to improve organic visibility and drive traffic to client websites.
- Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up to date with the latest content marketing trends, tools, and best practices, and proactively share knowledge with the team.
- Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines, maintains consistent voice and tone, and meets quality standards.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing strategic content recommendations.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field. A relevant advanced degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in content marketing, ideally in a digital agency setting.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of grammar and storytelling.
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), SEO tools, and analytics platforms.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful content strategies across multiple digital channels.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent analytical skills to measure and report on content performance using relevant metrics and tools.
- A passion for digital marketing, content creation, and staying ahead of industry trends.
