Qualifications
- Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
- Postgraduate Diploma in Guidance and Counseling (PGDGC) or equivalent.
- Experience in school counseling or related fields (preferred).

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide individual and group counseling to students, addressing academic, personal, and social concerns.
- Develop and implement comprehensive counseling programs aligned with CBSE guidelines.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to support student well-being.
- Conduct workshops on life skills, stress management, and career guidance.
- Maintain confidential student records and reports.
- Requirements :_
- Strong knowledge of counseling theories, techniques, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build trust and rapport with students, parents, and staff.
- Familiarity with CBSE curriculum and school policies.

**Skills**:

- Experience with adolescent counseling and developmental issues.
- Knowledge of career assessment tools and guidance software.
- Certification in First Aid and Crisis Intervention (desirable).
