**Job Description**:
Position Overview:
We are seeking a creative and talented Fashion Designer to join our team. As a Fashion Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating original designs for clothing, accessories, or footwear. You will work closely with our design team to develop innovative and trend-setting collections that resonate with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conceptualize and sketch design ideas based on current trends, market research, and creative inspiration.
- Collaborate with the design team to develop seasonal collections that align with brand aesthetics and target demographics.
- Create detailed technical drawings and specifications for prototypes and production samples.
- Select appropriate fabrics, materials, and trims for each design, considering both aesthetic and functional aspects.
- Oversee the entire design process from initial concept to final product, ensuring quality and adherence to design specifications.
- Work closely with patternmakers, sample makers, and production teams to bring designs to life.
- Stay informed about industry trends, fashion forecasts, and emerging technologies to inspire and inform design decisions.
- Participate in fittings and provide feedback to ensure garments fit and drape correctly on models.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop marketing materials and product presentations.
- Attend fashion shows, trade fairs, and industry events to stay connected with the fashion community and gain insights into market trends.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field.
- Proven experience as a Fashion Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing original designs and creative flair.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CAD.
- Excellent sketching and illustration skills, with a keen eye for detail and proportion.
- Strong knowledge of garment construction, fabric properties, and manufacturing processes.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, while maintaining a high level of creativity and craftsmanship.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and concepts to cross-functional teams.
- Passion for fashion, with a deep understanding of current trends, styles, and cultural influences.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and project requirements.
- Prior experience working in the fashion industry or for a fashion brand is preferred.
